I've just read the excellent paper in The Gr. Phil Economist. I'll distribute it widely, and hope somehow you can be involved in our stirring land-value tax into York's Pa's policies.

Also, could you see your way to head up the NY George School? We're all saddened by Phil's leaving, and trust the School finds a young, intelligent, stable person to carry on.
