  • Progress And Poverty, a classic, by Henry George. He gave the world an unsurpassed insight into the way an economy functions and influences the growth of freedom and the loss of freedom in any culture. George ran for Mayor of N.Y.C. Tammany Hall won, Henry George was second, and Theodore Roosevelt was third.
  • Wheels Of Fortune, by Fred Harrison, English author and journalist. This book involves self-funding for large infrastructure projects, and offers very interesting insights of benefits with Two-Tiered Property tax.
  • The Golden Key to Continuous Prosperity, by Steven Cord. He is the Professor Emeritus, winner of 8 Nobel Prizes in Economics. All of his studies show success in actual practice.
  • Boom Bust house prices and banking and The Depression of 2010, written in 2005 . by Fred Harrison, an English journalist and economic consultant. In 1990 he spent 10 years advising the economics department of the Russian Academy of Science and the Russian Parliament in the importance of tax reforms. He is executive director of the Land Research Trust.

  • Senator Owen Johnson of New York City. He may be available as a guest speaker to select groups. He has submitted a bill for Two Tier Taxation.
